Day 01 – Fly from Zanzibar to Serengeti

Today, you’ll head to Zanzibar Airport. From there, you’ll catch a morning flight to Serengeti National Park, departing at 07:45 and arriving around 10:45. Upon arrival at Seronera Airstrip, our safari driver guide will be waiting to pick you up. The safari begins immediately with game drives around Central Serengeti, a vibrant area bursting with wildlife and birds. You’ll enjoy a packed lunch at a picnic site in the park, followed by more game drives in the afternoon until late. Later, your guide will escort you to a tented camp within the park for an overnight stay at Serengeti Tented Camp or Thorntree Camp. Lunch and dinner are included.

Day 02 – Full day safari in Serengeti.

You can choose to start your day early with a sunrise game drive at 6:00 am, just speak with your guide the night before if you’re interested. Dawn drives offer a great chance to see both nocturnal animals returning from their nightly activities and diurnal animals waking up for the day. After having breakfast at the camp, you’ll head out with a packed lunch and spend the rest of the day exploring the vast plains of Serengeti National Park, filled with excitement and adventure. As the largest park in Northern Tanzania and the main stage for the Annual Wildebeest Migration, Serengeti is home to millions of wildebeests (location varies depending on the time of year), as well as zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, lions, cheetahs, leopards, and countless bird species. You’ll spend the night at Serengeti Heritage Tented Camp, where all meals are provided.

Day 03:  Fly back from Serengeti to Zanzibar:

On the final morning of your Serengeti adventure, you have the option for an early morning game drive before breakfast. Afterward, it’s time to check out and head back to Seronera Airstrip for your flight back to Zanzibar Island, marking the end of your 3-day Serengeti Safari.
